Each design shows an estimated time. Our team confirms your exact ready date after verifying your measurements and fabric, and we notify you if it changes.
Yes. The refund depends on how far stitching has progressed — a full refund before cutting starts, and a partial refund after. See our Refund Policy.
Pay securely online (UPI, cards, net banking) or choose cash on delivery where available.
